Well, it is that time again, the challenge is on to CASE another amazing crafter. Todays blog-hop is featuring the amazingly talented Jay Soriano of Mitosustampin. I had a hard time choosing between 2 of Jays cards, so I kind of melded the two together to make a Frankenstein card.
These are the two cards that inspired Frankenstein.
And this is Frankenstein
Sorry about the photo quality, I haven't been home in daylight for several days, and it doesn't do justice to the lovely flower images that are all shiny and pretty from being clear heat embossed after stamping.
This project was made much easier by using my MISTI but it could have been done without it.
The flowers are stamped with Real Red on Colour Theory DSP.
The gumnuts are stamped with Smoky Slate.
The leaves are stamped with Lemon Lime Twist and the White flowers were created by mixing white and clear embossing powders to create a crackle like finish to soften them a little.
The flowers are mixed from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous and Beautiful Bouquet Stamp sets and the sentiment is from Flourishing Phrases.
I had a lot of fun playing Mad Scientist and CASEing Jays gorgeous cards. Click on the Blog links below to view some of my fellow Crazy Crafters versions of Jays art.
Something went wrong? I can't move up or down this blog hop list. When I do it says each individual page is not accessible. Help?
